Our team comprises seasoned professionals who are committed to providing tailored experiences to meet the unique needs of our guests, including adults and children, as well as organisations in the hospitality and corporate sectors.

Emma Dupont, Principal
Emma was born and raised in the county of Gloucestershire. After completing her finance examinations in 2002, she relocated to London and worked as a financial adviser in the City of London until 2009.
Throughout the last few years of her career in finance, she served a diverse clientele comprising individuals from various nationalities.
Over time, as her enduring professional relationships with them developed, she gained insights into their challenges in comprehending British culture.
Subsequently, she decided to embark on a career change, and her journey started with The English Manner, with whom she gained her British Etiquette Consultant Certification.
She then spent three years working with them on a consultancy basis, during which she represented the organisation in Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanchang. She was also responsible for developing and providing a customised training programme to the renowned luxury brand Fendi staff at their Rome headquarters.
Since 2015, she has been coaching and mentoring ladies through her own etiquette school in London, The Emma Dupont School of Etiquette.
Emma has shared her knowledge with a significant number of students, having taught over 500 people from 48 countries through her courses on British social and business etiquette and cross-cultural understanding.
She is a Protocol & Diplomacy International—Protocol Officers Association member and is passionate about upholding the international community's standards for certified etiquette consultants.
Upon returning to her home county in July 2023, Emma now divides her time between London and the Cotswolds. She is excited to further her dedication to British etiquette and culture along with her affection for the Cotswolds through Exquisite Cotswolds.
